If you are experiencing technical issues, please try the following before contacting QDA or your curriculum provider:
- Check status.go2qda.org to ensure there's no system outages.
- Restart your computer system.
- Delete your Internet History (Directions for Internet Explorer | Google Chrome).
- Unplug your Cable/DSL modem and your wireless router (if applicable) for one minute and plug it back in.
- Wait five to ten minutes.
